We're not dead!

Hello everyone!

Sorry about the extremely LONG hiatus that we seemed to have taken. We're still plugging along of course~!

I (AllStarAlice/Renee) will be attending Anime Iowa next weekend. Unfortunately it looks like I may not be selling any merchandise, but I will be attending just for fun.

Anne/RedPikachu will be attending Otakon on the same weekend, but will be selling merchandise in the Artist's Alley!

Availability update

I'm here with an update on our upcoming availability. RedStar is currently fully booked with orders until mid May- a lot of which are for our favorite con, Anime Central! (We also need to make plenty of stock to sell at our Artist's Alley table!) However, we are still accepting orders due in early June or LATER.

Home from Ohayocon!

Hey there! Renee/AllStarAlice here. I fully realize that it has been far too long since a new blog update. For most of the month of January, I was working day and night to complete my Viola from Eternal Sonata costume. I was very happy with how the costume came out! However I didn't get to finish her bow, quiver, or Arco (small fox/squirrel-like animal she holds.) I'd like to complete these for Acen in May.

Now that Ohayocon is over, Anne and I have a lot on our plate! Anne/RedPikachu will be attending Katsucon next weekend, as well as selling some handmade goodies! Please go find her and support us by buying an adorable plushie, set of pjs, or whatever strikes your fancy! Commissions for early Spring have already started to roll in as well.

Lastly, I wanted to mention that RedStar Costumes will also be taking part in a new and exciting project! Dandy Things, an indie toy, clothing, and art store located in Long Grove, Illinois will be carrying merchandise made by RedStar Costumes! We'll be getting our stuff into the store by early March. Please go check out the store!

Finally, please look out for a new Vlog from us! We're definitely due for one. :D
